Project Details
A Haussmann apartment reworked as a calm setting for a collection of post-war art and twentieth-century furniture.
The intervention restores the apartment’s long enfilade while making its rooms more adaptable to contemporary family life. Original cornices and parquet are carefully repaired; new cabinetry is designed as quiet architectural lining. Mineral paint, smoked oak, linen and patinated metal provide a subdued background for art.
